AGROSEMILLAS OFFICES IN CUENCA, SPAIN BY IMPEPINABLE STUDIO

The Agrosemillas offices, designed by Impepinable studio, are located in a remote agro-industrial landscape defined by large-scale logistics, seasonal rhythms, and harsh climatic conditions. Separated from the town of El Peral and surrounded by open farmland, the site lacks human-scale references and is shaped by cycles of intense activity and periods of calm.

The project introduces workspaces suited for concentration, collaboration, and technical development within a context dominated by noise and dust. Designed for users with shifting roles, from warehouse workers to engineers, the building accommodates diverse functions while maintaining clarity and flexibility, and preserves a direct relationship with the surrounding industrial sheds.

Conceived as part of Agrosemillas’ transition toward innovation and sustainability, the architecture balances continuity with a more open and contemporary identity. This is expressed through simple materials, local construction methods, and the direct use of corporate colours. The building is organised through a clear modular system using repurposed shipping containers, generating a saw-tooth roof that brings controlled natural light into the interior.

The result is a precise and efficient workspace that integrates production, research, and architecture into a single, coherent system.
