HYÈRES FESTIVAL 2026: THE WINNERS OF THE 41ST EDITION ARE YUI CHEN, DIETER VLASICH, XIAO XU AMBER, RACHEL SHANIAA LUURSSEN,BRAIS ALBOR (FASHION CATEGORY)

The Hyères International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Accessories announced its 2026 winners on Saturday, October 17. Held at Villa Noailles, the 41st edition celebrated emerging international talent across three categories: Fashion, Accessories and Photography. Discover this year's winners, jury members and finalists.

Hyères Festival 2026: A Key Event for Emerging Talent

From October 15 to 18, 2026, Villa Noailles hosted the 41st edition of the Hyères International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Accessories. Since its creation in 1986, the festival has established itself as a major platform for emerging creatives, helping launch the careers of renowned designers such as Viktor&Rolf, Anthony Vaccarello and Marine Serre.

This year, 30 international finalists competed across three categories, with their work evaluated by juries featuring leading figures from the creative industries.

FASHION 

🏆 The 2026 Fashion Grand Prix du Jury was awarded to YUI CHEN, selected from ten finalists: Brais Albor Rodriguez, Sofia Castellon, Yui Chen, Loïs Cousin, Rachel Luurssen, Jennifer Milleder, Farnia Salim, Dieter Vlasich Obermann, Matil Vanlint and Xiao Xu. Chaired by Chemena Kamali, Creative Director of Chloé, the Fashion jury included Élodie David Touboul, Sophia Neophitou, Kevin Tekinel, Charles Levai and renowned photography duo Inez & Vinoodh.

🏆 The 19M Métiers d'art Prize is awarded to DIETER VLASICH

🏆 The Suprima Prize is awarded to XIAO XU AMBER

🏆 L'atelier des Matières Prize is awarded to RACHEL SHANIAA LUURSSEN

🏆 The city of Hyères Prize and special mention from the jury in Fashion are awarded to BRAIS ALBOR 

ACCESSORIES 

🏆 The 2026 Accessories Grand Prix du Jury went to SASSA ANN VAN WYK, chosen from ten finalists: Matteo Artuso, Daniel Cheruzel, Manon Fontaine, Matthieu Gautier, Jade Gautiez, Yoo Hwajung, Juliette Pasquier, Alizée Quitman, Paweł Robuta and Sassa Ann van Wyk. This year's Accessories jury was chaired by Cecilie Bahnsen, the Danish fashion designer celebrated for her poetic aesthetic and sculptural silhouettes.

🏆 The AZ Academy Award is awarded to DANIEL CHERUZEL

🏆 The city of Hyeres Public Prize in Accessories is awarded to MATTEO ARTUSO 

PHOTOGRAPHY 

🏆 The 2026 Photography 7L Grand Prix du Jury was awarded to MOTOKI NAKATANI , selected from ten finalists: Honglin Cai, Xueling Chen, Giulia Frigieri, Lorane Hochstatter, Jay Ng Yun Ki, Zacharie Lewertoff, Motoki Nakatani, Julien Rahmani, Sidonie Ronfard and Valeria Sarto. Led by Camille Vivier, the French photographer known for her distinctive artistic vision, the Photography jury included Lili Doillon, Laurent Fétis, Sylvie Lécallier, Georg Rulffes and Noémie Ninot.

🏆 The Fashion photography Prize by Pull&Bear is awarded to XUELING CHEN. 

🏆 The American Vintage photography Prize is awarded to VALERIA SARTO

🏆 The city of Hyeres Public Prize in photography is awarded to JULIEN RAHMANI 

Hyères Festival: Shaping the Next Generation of Creative Talent

Beyond the awards, the Hyères Festival continues its mission to support emerging designers, photographers and creatives by offering them international exposure and professional opportunities. With its 41st edition, Villa Noailles once again reinforces its position as a leading platform for innovation and experimentation at the intersection of fashion, craftsmanship and photography.

The finalists' exhibitions will remain on view at Villa Noailles until February 28, 2027.
