ARIA VEGA – COMPA COLETO (UY_COMO): THE RISING VOICE OF COLOMBIA’S CARIBBEAN COAST

Originally from Barranquilla, Aria Vega is emerging as one of the most exciting new voices in Colombian music, building a distinctive identity deeply rooted in the culture of the Caribbean coast. Blending Afro-Caribbean rhythms, urban influences, local expressions and her signature “Costeñita Core” aesthetic, the singer has developed a vibrant and unmistakable sound.

With “COMPA COLETO (uy_como)”, produced by Sky Rompiendo, Aria Vega turns the language, flirtation and playful energy of the Colombian coast into an instantly catchy Latin pop track. Released on September 17, 2026, the song quickly became more than a viral moment: after gaining traction through a TikTok preview, it debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Colombia Hot 100, further confirming the remarkable momentum behind an artist recently signed to Warner Music Latina and nominated for Best New Artist at the 2026 Latin GRAMMYs.
